*Students with Quebec Health Insurance:

Students who hold Quebec health insurance are responsible for making payment and submitting their claims to the  Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec for reimbursement.  Reimbursement forms can be found on their website.

*If you allow your provincial health insurance to lapse:

  • You will be billed for the services at the time of the visit.
  • We will provide a receipt, which you can submit to your provincial health insurance plan for reimbursement once you have been reinstated.

  • Accepted methods of payment: direct debit, Visa, MasterCard or cash
  • Specialists and psychiatrists only accept cheques and cash.
