You must advise students to complete the Student Safety Abroad requirements. Please advise your students to plan ahead.
Leading students abroad?
If you and your students will be travelling to Level 3 or Level 4 regions, please contact the Student Safety Abroad Manager at safety.abroad@ubc.ca at least eight weeks before your departure. Otherwise, please advise students to complete the required tasks depending on the advisory level of the region(s) to which they are travelling.
