Refund Policy
Deposits
You are eligible for a 50% refund of the initial deposit if you withdraw from the program within 30 days of paying your deposit. This gives the Program Director time to fill the vacated spot so the costs to other students don’t increase.
After 30 days the initial deposit is non-refundable, unless extraordinary circumstances exist (e.g., serious illness, a death in the immediate family). These decisions are made at the discretion of Go Global.
Program Fees
If you withdraw from a Group Study Program after you have already paid the remaining program fee installment(s), you will not be eligible for any refund of program fees or your deposit. Any exceptions to this are at the discretion of Go Global.
Program Cancellation
If a program is cancelled by Go Global then you will be eligible for a full refund of deposits and program fees minus an administration fee of $82.
If you decide to withdraw your application you need to make this request in writing by email to Kerri Leeper, the Group Study Program Coordinator.
