What is my student number and/or SSC password?
You will initially need your student number to set up a Campus-wide Login (CWL) – this allows you to access the Student Service Centre (SSC).
If you have forgotten your student number and/or password, contact Enrolment Services.
Provide a brief description of the problem as well as your:
- full name
- date of birth
- student number (if possible)
- Social Insurance Number
- address
- phone number
- degree program and year level
Hint: your student number should be eight digits in length and your password is originally set to your birthdate (YYMMDD).
Changing your Campus-wide Login password
If you've forgotten your CWL password and can't log in, you can reset your password by answering the secret questions you provided when you created the account.
- go to the SSC login page
- use the "Forgot your CWL password?" link to reset your password
- you will then be prompted fo answer your security questions.
