Registration dates


  1. Registration dates and times are determined as follows:

    • For continuing students: year group and academic average from the previous Winter Session
    • For first-year and new students: year group and admission average

    Check the Winter Session or Summer Session registration dates for further details.

  2. Registration dates and times for the Winter Session are available in June, and Summer Session dates are available in late February. Check the Student Service Centre (SSC) regularly for your personalized registration date and time, which are subject to change. To find out when registration opens for your year group, check the Winter Session or Summer Session registration dates.

  3. It is possible that your registration date and time could change, especially if you're a newly admitted student or a continuing student in a partial program. Check the Student Service Centre (SSC) periodically for up-to-date registration information.

  4. Yes. You will not be able to register prior to the designated time on your registration day. You may want to register soon after your registration opens to ensure you get into high-demand courses.

  5. No, you can register on or after your registration day, but some courses fill up quickly.

  6. During the Winter Session, you can register through the SSC for:

    • A one-term course. You must register during the first two weeks of the course.
    • A two-term course. You must register during the first three weeks of the first term of the course. You will not be permitted to start a two-term course during the second term.
