courses and registration - a student and a professor talking

Students' personal information and records are protected by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). UBC Enrolment Services has certain information on file that is available only to you, and will only be released with your permission.

To give permission to access your information to a third party, such as to a parent or spouse, log on to Student Service Centre, click "Personal Information," and select "Third-Party Authorization."

Third-party document pickups

To have a third party pick up a document such as an official transcript, you need to download, print, fill out, and sign the Third-Party Document Pickup Authorization form (24KB PDF). The person picking up the document will need to bring the completed form, valid government-issued ID to verify their identity, and a photocopy of the student's student card or government-issued ID.
