Changing personal information
It is your responsibility to maintain up-to-date contact information so that the University can contact you with important information and updates. There are several ways to change contact information such email and postal addresses, and name changes at the University.

Email address change
You can change your email address in any of the following ways:
- Online: Log in to the Student Service Centre, go to the "Personal Info" tab, and choose the "Email Change" option.
- In person: Visit the Information Centre on the main floor of Brock Hall.
- Email: Send a request through AskMe. Make sure you include your student number.
- Telephone: Call Enrolment Services at 604.822.9836 or 1.877.272.1422.
- Mail: Send your new email address to Enrolment Services. Make sure to include your student number and signature.
Postal address change
You can change your postal address any of the following ways:
- Online: Log in to the Student Service Centre, go to the "Personal Info" tab, and choose the "Address Change" option.
- In person: Visit the Information Centre on the main floor of Brock Hall.
- Email: Send a request through AskMe. Make sure you include your student number.
- Telephone: Call Enrolment Services at 604.822.9836 or 1.877.272.1422
- Mail: Send your new mailing address to Enrolment Services. Make sure to include your student number and signature.
Name change
Clerical error?
If your name change is due to a clerical error, a student ID or driver's licence is sufficient as identification.To change your name (including any middle name), you must provide one of the following legal documents verifying your name change:
- legal name change certificate
- marriage certificate
- driver's licence
- passport
There are two ways to change your name:
- In person: Bring the legal document and your student ID to the Information Centre on the main floor of Brock Hall.
- Mail: Send the following to Enrolment Services
- a photocopy of the legal document verifying your name change
- your student number
- your current name at the University
- the name you wish to change it to at the University
