About exam invigilation
- Exams can be scheduled Monday through Friday (except statutory holidays), subject to availability
- The fee to write is $75.00 CAD per exam and is payable at the time of writing
- You can pay your exam fee by: cash, cheque, debit, Visa or Mastercard
- We require 24 hours notice for exam cancellations
Booking an exam invigilation
To book an exam, please email student.exams@ubc.ca with the following information:
Contact information
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Exam date: first choice and second choice
- Preferred time: morning, afternoon, or no preference
Institution
- Institution name
- Location
- Contact name, phone number and email address
Exam
- Course number/exam name
- Exam duration
- Exam format: paper-based or online
- Is the invigilation fee covered by the institution or the student?
- Additional requirements or information
If your institution requires it, please scan and attach a proctor/invigilator request form. We will complete the form and forward it to your institution. Be sure to fill in the student portion of the form prior to emailing it.
