Auditing courses
An auditor is a student who is registered in a credit course and whose participation is limited to that deemed appropriate by the instructor. In general, the student is expected to complete all course requirements except the final exam, and may be given a fail (F) standing if their performance is not satisfactory.
A statement of "audit" will appear for any course audited on the auditor's permanent academic record (transcript).
An auditor may not transfer to the category of regular student during the term nor may a regular student transfer to the category of auditor except upon the recommendation of the Dean of the faculty concerned.
