For community organizations
The work of the UBC-Community Learning Initiative depends entirely on our collaborative relationships with organizations in the community and other units at UBC. As the UBC-CLI has grown and evolved, we have expanded our scope. We now not only work with organizations in the Downtown Eastside, but also collaborate with community partners in other parts of the Lower Mainland and the province.
In 2010/11, we brought students to 90 nonprofit organizations, 23 public schools, and 21 small to medium-sized businesses. Learn more about how you can become a community partner.
