Event bookings and space rentals
Scheduling Services helps coordinate the events that take place in UBC's learning spaces.
This includes booking rooms and outdoor spaces for all kinds of events on campus. Scheduling Services also plays a key role in the approval process of liquor-licensed events on campus and can guide applicants through the approval process.
