1996 A consultant recommends the creation of a single-service unit for all UBC learning spaces.
1999 Classroom Services is established.
2000 Classroom Services creates the Class Trek program in order to provide regular maintenance to UBC's classrooms.
2002 First web-based scheduling system is used at UBC.
2003 Classroom Services facilitates the adaptation of UBC's course schedule to meet the needs of commuter students taking public transit.
2003–2005 Development of a sustainable funding, administrative, and operational model for UBC's classrooms.
2004–2006 Development of a new teaching and research space results in a 30% increase in classroom space.
2006 Creation of Lab Trek program in order to provide regular maintenance to UBC's teaching labs.
2007 UBC Renew Buchanan D renovation (25 classrooms).
  Construction of the West Mall Swing Space Building, a new model for release space that includes 28 classrooms, four with 180 seats, 12 with 47 seats, and 12 with 25 seats.
2008 Classroom Services works with the faculties and departmental time-tabling representatives to successfully navigate a classroom space crunch
  University Centre Lower Level constructed as swing space.
  The Teaching Lab Improvements Committee (TLIC) is created.
2010 Classroom Services launches a new website with the help of Communications Services.
  UBC Renew Buchanan A renovation (seven classrooms).
