Coordinate a mentoring program
Tri-Mentoring program coordinators play a critical role in helping students develop career self-management skills while building a powerful and sustainable mentoring culture at UBC. As a coordinator, you are responsible for administering the program for a specific department, faculty, University-based club or community organization.
Program coordinator responsibilities
You will:
- Build relationships with industry and alumni
- Recruit and match mentors with students
- Maintain the program and provide guidance to mentors and students
- Evaluate and report on the program's results
- Coordinate the booking of training venues, social events, etc.
- Ensure that the program is adequately funded
