Coordinate a mentoring program

Tri-Mentoring program coordinators play a critical role in helping students develop career self-management skills while building a powerful and sustainable mentoring culture at UBC. As a coordinator, you are responsible for administering the program for a specific department, faculty, University-based club or community organization.

Program coordinator responsibilities

You will:

  • Build relationships with industry and alumni
  • Recruit and match mentors with students
  • Maintain the program and provide guidance to mentors and students
  • Evaluate and report on the program's results
  • Coordinate the booking of training venues, social events, etc.
  • Ensure that the program is adequately funded
