UBC CareersOnline is the University's online career services system for UBC students and alumni. The University's departments, faculties, student groups and current students can post job and volunteer opportunities for free*. Log in now to find qualified candidates for full-time, part-time, summer or volunteer opportunities.
How do you post a job or volunteer opportunity?
- Log in to UBC CareersOnline if you already have an account. Register for an account if you do not have one yet.
- Post your job or volunteer opportunity. In the online form, indicate that you are a UBC faculty or staff member to ensure that your posting is free*.
- Once your posting has been approved, it will remain online for a maximum of 30 days. You can re-post the opportunity if you wish.
* Free postings are available to UBC faculty, staff, departments and student groups hiring for UBC-related positions. The fee will not be waived for job postings on behalf of third-party organizations or for personal hires such as babysitters or tutors.
