You can post your job and volunteer opportunities on CareersOnline to find qualified candidates that meet your recruitment needs – whether you need to fill full-time, part-time, summer or volunteer positions.

*Free postings are available to UBC faculty, staff, departments and student groups hiring for UBC-related positions. The fee will not be waived for job postings on behalf of third-party organizations or for personal hires such as babysitters or tutors.
Job and volunteer postings remain online for a maximum of 30 days.
Note: All prices are in Canadian dollars; 12% HST will be added to your invoice.
Posting a job or volunteer opportunity
- View the job and volunteer postings fee schedule to determine the cost of your posting.
- Visit CareersOnline and:
- Log in if you already have an account.
- Register for an account if you do not have one.
- Post your job or volunteer opportunity
. - Once your posting has been approved (typically within 1-2 business days), you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice with a link to our online payment system
- Payment can be made by Mastercard and Visa
- Job postings will not be viewable until payment is received
- If you have a coupon code or qualify for free postings, your job will be viewable instantly after approval
- Once your posting has been approved and payment is received, it will remain online for a maximum of 30 days. You can re-post the opportunity if you wish.
