Interview rooms and scheduling

UBC Career Services has six interview rooms, which can be booked individually or as a suite. Booking an interview room is an easy and convenient way for you to meet with potential recruits on campus.

Benefits of using a UBC interview room

  • It is a convenient location for students to meet with you.
  • You can use it to follow up on your on-campus recruitment activities.
  • The versatility of our rooms facilitate individual interviews, group interviews or candidate testing.
  • You can request interview scheduling assistance (for an additional fee).

Interview Rooms

Individual interview rooms can be booked at a rate of $50 per room for a full day, or $35 for a half day (8:30 am to 12:30 pm, or 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm).

For multiple concurrent interviews, the interview suite (six interview rooms plus the foyer) can be booked at a rate of $350 per day.

Rooms can be booked year-round, except on weekends and statutory holidays.

Contact us to book an interview room. Our rooms fill up quickly from September to November, so please try to book at least two weeks in advance.

Optional services

The following options can be added to your information session at additional cost:

  • UBC Career Services can provide interview scheduling assistance

Please ask a Career Services representative about cancellation fees when you book your interview rooms.

Interview scheduling
