Workplace accommodations
To support you in your work at UBC, the Equipment Accommodation Fund for employees with disabilities provides for the purchase of adaptive supplies and equipment that will:
- Enable the recruitment of well-qualified faculty and staff with disabilities.
- Provide accommodations to current faculty and staff who become disabled during their careers at UBC.
As well, the Return to Work Program at UBC helps faculty and staff return to work following absence due to illness or injury.
