Advisory Council

As advocates of intersectional practices and positive social change, Access & Diversity works with the University community to build whole, healthy, hopeful, and respectful communities on campus. We accomplish this work by providing leadership in identifying and eliminating systemic barriers to full participation in university life, experienced at the intersections of race, ethnicity, disability, sex, gender, and sexual diversity.

Access & Diversity works closely with University communities to address social justice and accessibility issues for students at UBC. The Advisory Council supports this work. Communities and stakeholders will be able to voice opinions, perspectives, and concerns to Access & Diversity and to the Advisory Council.
